You have the right to withdraw from the agreement and return purchased products within 14 days without providing a reason. The returned product should not show signs of use.

The shipping cost is borne by the Buyer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages. After receiving the package and verifying it, we will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you received damaged or defective products, you have the right to file a complaint.
To make a complaint, you must fill out the complaint form and send it to the email address: reklamacje@nunalu.pl We will review your complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the form.
If the products were damaged during delivery, you may fill out a damage report. Depending on the carrier, we provide links to the online forms below:

Once you complete the damage report, you will receive a PDF via email. Send it to us at reklamacje@nunalu.pl, and we will take care of the rest. We will contact the carrier and inform you of the complaint status.
